Wednesdays at 10:00 am. 

We have started Chair Yoga at 1:00 at the Sip'nStitch. It is a half hour session for those who wish to participate.

First Saturday of the month

 8 to 10 am

For Labour Day Weekend ONLY  September 5, 6 and 7 it will be 8 to 12 am.

The cost is $ 15 for Adults $ 7 for Preschool.

Potluck is third Friday of the month. We eat at 6.

Our next potluck  will be September 18, 2026.

People  over 50 are welcome. We ask that you bring enough food to share, for 6 people.
